Great for tummy control while jogging Nov 27, 2008
I had all but given up jogging after my third c-section. On a whim, I tried wearing these undies. Everything was "held snug" and the discomfort that had kept me from running, skipping, jump-roping, etc. was gone. I am
stocking up; and very excited to get back on the treadmill and trampoline!

Of course, doing a million sit-ups a day also helps. : )

A lot of us are a little bigger than we need to be. It can be very embarassing on certain occasions when you need to look your best. Even young boys are starting to be affected. However, I don't have to deal with that anymore. Whenever I feel I need an extra boost, I wear one of these Barelythere control panties. Boy does that do the trick. I look better and feel better when I wear these shapers. I don't have to worry about embarassing myself by my slightly large body. I feel confident enough to do anything I want. The best part is, they look and feel like my regular panties and nobody will ever know I have it on. I have three of these that I wear on special occasions or whenever I feel I need more confidence for the day.
